Multistage Vertical Pumps
To optimize the generation of high pressures using a single centrifugal pump, a cost-effective method involves integrating multiple impellers on a shared shaft within the same pump casing. This design incorporates internal channels within the pump casing, facilitating the routing of discharge from one impeller to the suction of another. The pump assembly comprises a base, a pump head, and a chamber stack. Outer sleeves are firmly held between the pump head and the base using staybolts. Notably, the base features suction and discharge ports positioned at the same level in an in-line configuration. Explore Efficient CNP High Pressure Pumps for RO Systems and Seawater Applications. Multistage Horizantal Pumps
The Horizontal Multi-Stage Pumps boast a streamlined design, quiet operation, and an extended lifespan. They're effortlessly installed and user-friendly. Featuring an energy-efficient Horizontal Multistage setup, these pumps incorporate stainless steel stamped-welded impellers and diffusers. They come equipped with both single-phase and three-phase motors, offering single-phase motors up to 2.2 kW. These motors adhere to IE 2 standards, boasting Class F insulation and an IP55 rating as standard.
The standard liquid temperature support extends up to 70℃, with options for high-temperature pumps upon request. Our Horizontal Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump is known for its reliability, serviceability, compactness, and suitability for slightly corrosive liquids, all while remaining energy-efficient.The close-coupled Horizontal Multistage Pump features stainless steel components and is driven by a standard TEFC motor. The pump is designed with an axial inlet and radial outlet.Under standard conditions, these pumps cater to liquid temperatures up to 70℃, with the option for high-temperature pumps available upon request. The mechanical seal comprises Tungsten Carbide/Graphite, although other materials are accessible based on requirements. These pumps are offered in SS 304 or SS 316 variants.
Coolant pumps
Coolant pumps play a crucial role in machine tool applications by effectively cooling tools, tips, and grinding wheels, thereby significantly improving the final quality of the workpiece. These pumps are instrumental in circulating coolant oil throughout the machinery, dissipating heat and maintaining optimal operating temperatures. CNP India specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of coolant pump capacities to suit varying needs, ensuring efficient cooling and smooth operations across different machining processes.
Booster Pumps
A pressure boosting system is tailor-made to ensure consistent water flow and steady pressure across all outlets in the piping network. Typically, these systems incorporate one or multiple pumps installed on an MS skid and operated by a control panel, optionally equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The custom-built Suction and Discharge headers are adept at managing incoming water pressure while delivering pressurized water throughout the piping network.
CNP provides three distinct types of Booster Systems: a) Equipped with a fixed speed controller b) Integrated with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controller c) Featuring a drive mounted directly on the pump
CNP's Pressure Booster Systems are adaptable to various system setups, each offering unique advantages such as enhanced comfort, different initial investment costs, simplified operation, and immunity from pressure shocks or water hammering within the pipeline.
Our expertise lies in comprehensive in-house manufacturing of diverse Booster Pumps and Systems, coupled with the ability to design systems that optimize power usage."
NISO series Coupled Pumps
The NISO-k series is a single-stage centrifugal pump known for its axial suction and radial discharge design, securely fixed by a base. Its back pull-out design allows convenient servicing without disturbing the pump body and piping. Featuring an optimally designed impeller with a large inlet to prevent whirlpool effects, this low NPSH pump operates quietly and reliably.
